I LOVE this bag and have gotten so many compliments on it. It’s well made, sturdy (whole still being flexible) and the pockets are exactly where I need them to be. I’ve been using it as my work bag for a few months now. It’s getting a little more flexible but still looks brand new.
The only two drawbacks that I’ve noticed so far:
1. The zippers can be a little difficult to close sometimes.
2. The back ‘laptop’ compartment is accessible through both the rear zipper (which opens the entire back of the bag) and the main compartment zipper. This sometimes leads to the bag bowing inward when not in use and makes it a little more challenging to quickly throw things into the main compartment. I’m sure that’s intentional and would work well for different use cases. With how I use the bag, I would much rather have had the rear sleeve be fully enclosed (and maybe padded) like in a traditional backpack. But that’s more personal preference. The bag itself is perfect otherwise.
